Helicopter flight in Hilo

Hi,

We will be in Hawaii in a few weeks time and while preparing our trip
we found Tropical helicopters ( http://www.tropicalhelicopters.com )
had a trip we want to take (feel the heat/no doors ). I contacted them
twice and got automatic reception receipts for both mails but they
fail to reply.

Are they still in bussiness? Failing to reply doesn't give me
confidence to make reservations with them.

Any suggestions for alternative helicopter operators?

Don't have fax. For calling them... there's a 12 hour timedifference,
hence tot too practical.. :-(

866 is a toll-free (within the US) code, and it's unlikely that one
can call it internationally. The correct area code for Hawaii is

We flew on bluehawaiian. Had a really great trip flying by the
volcano's plumes, good music/story and a great video to take home with
outward and inward footage.

Dutch: Wij hebben een fantastische vlucht met bluehawaiian gemaakt.
Prachtige vlucht en goede muziek/verhaal tijdens de vlucht. Mooie video
met materiaal van diverse camera's, zowel naar buiten als naar binnen
gericht. Probeer de twee frontseats te krijgen!

We're booked on Tropical helicopters. They replied when I used their
form instead of mailing direct.
It's also one of the few that use smaller choppers (4ppl instead of
6).

We hebben ons reisplan al volledig klaar met dag/dag activiteiten.
Alleen de reservaties moesten we nog doen en begint nu stilaan tijd te
worden :-)
